Question:

Men: fatigue after o****m?

Does this happen to you? I'm coming off a period of being pretty dormant due to an illness, and much more healthy and strong, but to have s*x as often as recommended for health by professionals (three to four orgasms a week) is good I like it, but i can get a little tired afterwards sometimes. Will my strength increase over time, so that it's actually energizing... or at least not draining? Thanks for any responses.

  1. You need to define fatigue.  It is not uncommon to become somnolent after an o****m.  Unless you pass out, rather that fall asleep, I would think you are having a very normal reaction to the exertion of s*x and the o****m itself.

  2. uhmmm? wow?

All guys get tired after an orgasim and no they wont make you stronger..

    Cheers!

  3. After ejaculation i feel tired for 3 days (lack of concentration, flu-like, no energy....). Dr Waldinger from Holland call this POIS (Post-Orgasmic Illness Syndrome).

  4. If you ejaculate too much, you feel weak, tired, depressed, and very irritable.

There's a way to have orgasms without ejaculating, so that you don't lose your "manjuice" (ejaculation) but you o****m. When you don't lose your manjuice, you keep your erection and you can keep going. Its great cause you don't lose your erection, and you can have as many orgasms as you can handle, it just takes some practice.

http://mistermanpower.net has a guide on how to do this.

  5. It is normal to feel tired after an o****m.  Some evolutionists theorize that this is to optimize conception, if the male and the female go to sleep together and remain in the horizontal position.  If the male and female were to stand up, it would cause most of the s***n to drain out of her uterus and chances of conception would be smaller.

Anyway, the sleepiness that o****m brings on explains why about half of male masturbation takes place at bedtime.  According to a survey of over 8000 males by the web site HealthyStrokes.com in the first half of 2007, 46.3 percent of masturbation happens at bedtime, 14.9 percent first thing in the morning, and 38.8 percent at other times.
