I have to take a shower after practice with rest of the team...how do I not pop a *****?

Any problem taking the shower later? Do some "shower prep" while the rest of the guys are in the shower, like clipping your toenails or something. Straighten your stuff, lay it all out all perfect and whatnot, and then when most of the guys are done showering, you go take your shower. Watch the tiles, mesmorize yourself with how the water runs. Then, dry off and get dressed!

Maybe if you went into a bathroom stall and jacked off right before hand then your all tired out.  There were bathroom stalls and urinals in the locker room in my old high school.  That's the only thing I can think of. :D

Well, as someone in your situation (I was on the football team also in high school), just don't look at the other guys. If you do, then oh well. Because a lot of the other guys get hard-ons in the shower. It doesn't only happen when you're thinking about s*x, it can happen when you get nervous. Some guys are just aroused by being naked, period, whether they're g*y or not.

So yeah, I was g*y on the football team, but, a lot of the guys in the shower got hard-ons. If the team knows you're g*y (presuming you are), then you might just get called a f*g. If they don't know, I wouldn't sweat it, even if it happens.

Ugh! I've been there, and OF COURSE the guys in my Athletics class all had to be REALLY REALLY hot....and OF COURSE they had to be completely nude!

The best thing you can do is to just try and not thing about them or look at them, try thinking about something really boring or something you're worried about to keep them off of your mind..use the shower farthest away from someone you think would give you a *****...

other then that, you can just hope that you don't get a *****, and if by chance you do, the other guys probably won't be looking at your c**k anyway...

I never had to worry about it. Even when I was showering with people that might excite me, I was too tired for all of the hydraulics to work the way they should.

When you spend 15 minutes laying in the grass and getting your breath back, and finally not caring if there's no hot water left, it's a non-issue.

And believe me, unless you're into heavy-weights, there are a number of people you DO NOT want  to see naked. Goalies usually are usually at the top of that list.

The other thing to remember is that you'll be so nervous that things aren't going to work the way you'd expect them to.

Most modern locker rooms feature individual shower stalls. I get a towel before I get undressed, set world records for shucking down and getting a towel around my waist. I throw it over the bar,,shower, and use the towel in the shower to to dry off before heading back to my locker and setting another speed record for dressing.

The more distracted I am, the less likely I am to find myself in an uncomfortable situation. Among other tricks, I put my pants on, and shirt, then reach under my shirt to apply deoderant.

I asked my husband this question and he suggested taking a cold shower ... a very cold shower.  That and not looking at the other guys in a sexual way while you are in the shower.

I never had to shower, but there were shirtless guys...honestly I was too scared of what might happen to me, it killed my erection before it even started.
