that if she hits him, he can't defend himself and that the smallest accusation of abuse will ruin his life.

Is this true? If so please give examples or statistics.

How can the situation be fixed?

  1. Do not get married and have multiple s*x partners. Diversify your risk.

  2. I agree that some men experience domestic violence. I also acknowledge that a false report (which I'm certain doesn't occur in the vast majority of cases) can cause hardship on men.

When we look at figures of domestic homicide however, it's pretty clear that women are in a much more dangerous position than a man's reputation.

Between 1976 and 2005, 39,799 women were murdered by their male partners.

    39,799.

During the same period, nearly half that number of men were killed by their female partners. (22,717)

These figures don't take into account the many women who, after decades of bashing and rape, and found each time they escape, kill their partner because it is the only way the violence will stop.

Based on these enormous numbers, I think we can safely assume that the protection of women and children from violent men, far out weighs the concern of one's reputation being questioned.

Let the thumbs down begin!  ;-)

  3. Restraining a woman who is kicking, hitting and biting you is considered physical abuse.  Walking away from her while she is in this state is considered emotional abuse.  The concept is not complicated.

  4. It is true a lot of times, especially in rape/sexual assault cases

But even in regular domestic violence, or ANY relationship- or marriage-related or ANYTHING that has to do with kids, they AUTOMATICALLY side with the woman, except in unusual cases*

*unusual meaning that the guy really IS at fault--that seems to be the only time they get away with it

  5. Yes it's very true, I have personal experience but I'm not going to elaborate on that.

Media campaigns, shaming language, greater awareness and so on would help. The myth of Western female victim hood needs to be addressed. Any figures and stats relating to domestic violence that have come for a feminist source need to be scraped and replaced with non biased research.

    Hate speech such as this

"All men are rapists and that's all they are" - Marilyn French (1977) 'The Women's Room'

"Men are the enemies of women" – Professor Ann Oakley (1984) in 'Taking It Like a Woman'.

needs to be taken off school curriculum's and the authors charged and ridiculed by mainstream media.

Feminist groups are not objective enough to be involved in the legal system in the first place. A feminized legal system is bad for half the population.

From a male perspective, marriage is high risk and no longer an option. The idea is to destroy marriage and family and I think feminism, big business and our governments will win. The masses will be micro-chipped single wage slaves and the state will bring our children up to be good little citizens.

  6. Females start off as abusers for the same reasons as males.  Alcohol usually an ingredient.  Men should report d/v so they can be taken seriously.  Here is a link with info.

  7. Edited:  Thank you for this excellent question.  You are a sensitive & caring person for asking this.

We can't, the laws are abused to help lawyers get $$.  This is a HUGE CASHCOW!!!  Breaking up families pays huge dividends to many.

My ex-wife claimed false domestic violence 5 times so I couldn't see my son (it takes months for every charge to get to court.)  The judges dismissed them all and caught her commiting perjury each time.  She was never punished.

Statistics?  I don't think feminists or the media keep statics on innocent fathers?  There are Mens Divorce Groups that might have some kind of statistics.  You can always ask 20 divorced men for real statistics.

Fixed?  It won't be fixed!  False domestic violence creates jobs for women in every town, city and state.  Adults & children crushed in divorce see doctors $, take meds (RX$) one household breaks up and becomes two (more electrical bills, telephone, rent, etc-all $$$ for people.)  Huuuuuggggeee  sacred cash cow.

    Under false domestic violence,

men are GUILTY until proven innocent.

  8. I think it is true. I also think that is exactly why men need feminism. If men and women were treated equally by law and viewed equally by the police and courts, then men could have the justice they deserve when they have been a victim of domestic abuse.

  9. they have no rights under the law, ha ha

A woman in the UK, went to the Police six months after she had broken up with her ex fiancé and told them that she had been abused and rape while they were together

because he did not stop in the middle of having s*x when she had asked him to.

He was arrested and jailed, lol see nooo rights

  10. Any man who complains, even for a moment, about how 'unfair' domestic violence standards are has never dated a woman whose gone through that, been in a household where that has taken place or seen the devastating affects of what that situation does. Period.

I say that because if you have been in that situation, then you know how serious it really is. It is alot easier for a guy to NOT prove he is an abuser than it is for a woman to live with one, which means that however difficult the hassle is for the guy, it doesn't compare to coming home and wondering if you are going to be killed, or simply beaten up so bad you'll have to go to the hospital, or wonder if you can leave and what the person will do then (restraining orders are soooo protective.)

Any real guy, seeing that dilemna, knowing the results, would be more than willing to shoulder that burden in order to be able to better protect the person he cares about, and thus the people she represents. Better to be falsely accused than to be proven correct, post-mortem. A court can always overturn a false verdict of abuse towards a guy, what can a court do about a woman with a broken neck, because they didn't take her complaint seriously?

  11. Is it true?

    Yes

    How can it be fixed?

    By women becoming equal-

    --

    How can women become equal?

    They never will /

as feminists will make sure of it. They'll always claim potentiality yet " we're not quite equal yet, we're gonna need some extra _ _ _ _  , men have too much of _ _ _ _   we're gonna need some affirmative action to compensate for _ _ _ _  and so on..."
