  1. No...well somewhat but read below.  I have heard of men who have had this done.  It is horrible, because once they do it they can't go back.  I know someone who knows someone that had it done. Here is an article about a man who had one done: http://www.jamaica-gleaner.com/gleaner/2...

  2. well think about it, its still a man, so there are the same hormones . the s*x change is voluntary- so for this to really take place there needs to be a lt of hormone supp. to make the person into a "woman". so woman that have hysterectomies are only lacking their uterus and all associated structures- yes the hormones are LESS but woman after menopause are not MEN. so id have to say NO.

  3. Depends on what you mean "functions."

A satisfactory erection is possible with inflatable prostheses. Semi-rigid ones will give rigidity.

Ejaculation is not possible. Remember, there is no spermatic fluid in these patients. Testes, seminal vesicles and the prostate gland are absent.

s*x with a female is possible. Satisfaction is in the p***s and mind of the copulator. With good operative results, they can be happy.

Impregnation is not possible because there is no sperm production.

Menstruation is not possible because there is no uterus and no ovaries.

o****m is possible because there is erogenous sensation and the mental component is also intact.

    Breast-feeding is generally not possible.
