Mens trousers in a 26" waist?

Question

I'm having trouble finding adult trousers with a 26" waist. Does anyone know any shops where they stock smaller sizes. Childrens clothes are no good, as he is 5' 8", so the legs are too short!

try looking on ebay you will be surprised how much stuff people sell
