  1. I would always use bar of soap to wash the blood out with cold water on my sheets. That would work every time then put into regular washing machine.

  2. this is normal.

  3. Pour peroxide (like in the brown bottle from the drug store) on it. Let it sit for for at least an hour. You need to let it sit on there to work.

  4. Don't be embarrased!  This happens to every woman, trust me sweetie!

Definitely pour peroxide on it, let it sit and bubble for a few mins, scrub with a small brush (old toothbrush perhaps), wet and repeat.  You can also try Advanced Shout, it is awesome for getting tough stains out.

    Good luck!

  5. You shouldn't be emmbarrased to tell your mom.

She could pry help you if you let her no.

You can try the pet stain remover but first try running it under hot water and rubbing the stain you.

    Hope I Helped <3.

    Good Luck Hun.

  6. i put cold water on mine ASAP and it does help take out some of the stain.  You should explain to your Mom what happened because after all, she'll understand she's had her periods .

  7. Cold water with salt in it - soak overnight in a bucket.

Really & truly you CAN tell Mom! She will obviously understand.

If it is a mega issue for you - put paper towels underneath the stain - rub very salty cold water on the stain and try to get it to soak through.

  8. Hydrogen peroxide.  Don't be afraid to tell your mom, I'm sure it's happened to her. It happens to every woman eventually. No shame.
