Question:

Menstrual related ? that didn't work in Women's Health?

I've been constipated for a little while now & I feel like what are menstrual cramps instead of the constipation cramps & lately when I go to the restroom, I've noticed that there is a little bit of blood in my urine? I've been taking fiber supplements & I'm not due for my period until August 23, but could this be due to the constipation or is it an early onset of my period?

Thanks for the help.

PS-20 yrs old, not sexually active & not on birth control.

  1. if u have blood in the urine u need to see your doctor. it could be a urinary tract infection.

but it may be spotting in between your period. maybe your cycle is changing times and u are having a light period. i dont think its due to being constipated...

  2. Are you sure the blood is in your urine and not from hemorrhoids which can occur when you are constipated?

  3. there is really no way for anyone to tell. If it is really a problem you should see a GYN
