Menstrual synchronization?

spell check? anyways. this is basically what happened.. my room mate and i moved in together around June of this year.. i got my period normally and it took her a few weeks to get hers.. now i got my period for july and she never got hers... i just got mine for august and she still hasn't gotten hers... she took a pregnancy test and it was negative.. is it possible she is pregnant or could this go along with the whole menstrual synchronization? help!

It could be the synchronization.

She could also be pregnant. Maybe have her take one more test to see if it is positive.

Also, missing periods could be due to stress or just irregularity.

Menstrual synchronization doesn't mean skipping periods...it can affect the regular cycle your friend may have. Stress, illness, medication & weight changes can affect hormones, thus changing her cycle.

If, her next test is negative without getting her period, she needs to have some blood work done.
