Mental Clock?

Question

Has anyone ever heard of some sort of implant in the brain that lets you know what time it is all the time? I know the practical thing would be to just wear a watch. But is there such a thing that I could just know what time it is? This is probably near impossible, but are there ways to teach this? That would be very cool. Thanks for any help.

The closest thing you're going to get is learning how to tell the time from looking at the sun.

implant this complex are still in the realm of SF  i'm afraid ( but heck yeah that would be cool :P ) maybe in a couple of years? as for the training part i suppose you could try to train your brain to estimate the time but i have no clue how maybe you can pioneer a technique?
