- Working Full Time

- Daily Activities Basketball/ Baseball/ Working out/

- Out to bars/parties on weekends with friends (no drug use)(social drinking only)

- Paying bills/rent/etc

I have been under a lot of stress lately due of many reasons. I am working full time, paying real bills, putting myself through school, playing basketball, but I'm not sure that has anything to due with my problems lately. I take on a heavy load, but I always have.

Lately, my mental problems have included: Lack on concentration, Lack of finding the right words, hard time falling asleep, racing thoughts, and feeling of being detached from myself. I had an episode yesterday where i was driving home and suddenly i was full of fear, aggression, and i ,literally, felt like i was insane. I stopped at a basketball court and shot around and hit like 19 straight jump shots so my coordination was there, but i dont know what this is. I get along socially with almost everyone. Not knowing what this is, mentally probably makes it worse because of the increased anxiety of not knowing. I just dont know and literally it scares the h**l out of me.

  1. hi joseph...okay...ignore what the last people said...i can help you. i have the same problem as you..and it's NOT psychosis nor is it a head injury..i played basketball and volleyball while in college and kept a 4.0 gpa. then i had a baby and the father walked out on us and left me tending to EVERYTHING. mine started with a lack of concentration too. the "episode" you were speaking about is called an anxiety attack. i get them all the time. fixing it takes time...as we all have anxiety it's just how we let it affect us that keeps us from having these "episodes." i know it's hard to say...but try and find something to relax you...mine was always shooting jumpers at the gym...alone...or being with a bunch of people...doing those things forced me to focus on other things besides the craziness going on in my life. everything in your life will play out...you just have to take things one day at a time. i truly hope this helps.. if you need anything else...you can always email me..superstar_14_45@yahoo.com

  2. I felt exactly the same way. Please take this into consideration. It worked for me, although I am not you.

I had overwhelming anxiety. It turned out to be my use of Splenda. Yup Splenda. How could something that taste so good, be so bad?

I like to say sucralose, not Splenda, because that is what Splenda is. And it is in a lot of stuff. The package doesn't have to say Splenda to have sucralose

in it. You have to read labels. So, you might still be using it and don't even know it!

Sucralose is poison. It ruined five years of my life. I had a laundry list of medical problems while taking it, including overwhelming anxiety, depression, mood swings, confusion, insomnia and more.

Go ahead, google: anxiety splenda or anxiety sucralose or insomnia splenda or insomnia sucralose

The slogan, "Made from sugar..." is very misleading. Splenda might be made from sugar, but it is far from sugar. The resulting chemical is an organochloride

    (chlorocarbon). Organochlorides are typically poisons.

carbon monoxide - made from oxygen so its like a breath of fresh air

  3. See a psychiatrist asap.  It sounds like psychosis.

  4. You are scared because you have a lot of things to do. Just take time to relax man.

  5. just a question- have you fallen and hit your head in any of the games lately? somtimes a head injury will cause these problems-if yes, then see the doctor. if its not that, then maybe you have taken on too much and the stress is just starting to get the best of you. can you maybe get a roommate? that way you have help with the rent, and the bills, and you dont have to work so hard, and you have a bit less pressure on yourself. if none of these things help, i would suggest you talk to your doctor about it-sometimes the brain just has a low level of certain chemicals and you need some medication to level you out. the doc can decide if you need any thing, and what it is you need, i sure hope you start feeling better soon.
