Mental anxiety over this?

i have tried several dream anylasis web sites and none of them have told me anything that i understand can u give me some websites or can u try to tell me what this means.

I had a dream that i was in a mental hospital. I was on the floor screaming and crying for help. Next my dream switched to a scene where i ran from my house screaming my neighbor grabed me and told me to go back inside. All i could do was scream and cry

I have an anxiety disorder and struggle too... My best advice would be not to listen to your dreams because really they mean nothing. Honestly you could have been watching a show where somebody was in a mental hospital and had a dream about it except it was you.. Or you could have just had a bad day which leads to a bad dream.. Don't try to analyze you dream though because in Psychology class we analyzed a dream of mine in front of the class and they told me what it meant and it says stuff like you werent close to that person blah blah and it happened to be my grandma who I was really close to who had just passed away recently.. So really they mean nothing.. It may work for some dreams but dreams like this happen and you cant dwell on them or your gonna go nuts thinking something is wrong with you and its not!! Don't pay any attention to dreams or try to have them "analyzed".

Dreams mean absolutely nothing and are just caused by neurons firing randomly due to chemical actions going on in your brain while you sleep.
