If I am not working out, I think about how I have to do it the next day and what time I will do it. It has become a problem with me. Sometimes I will put off doing things that day or schedule around things because I want to get a workout in. I want to be rid of this and am praying about this. I believe it comes from how I feel AFTER I workout, that release of stress, tention. But I believe God comes first and then my family- and there are times I have put off joining a bible study due to this! Anyways, what do you think? I just don't believe this is normal, do you?
(and I only workout 60-90 minutes a day, with one day off during the week, but I am always THINKING about how I need to keep working out and get a workout in, or which workout to do, ugh)
