Mentraul cycle began august 9th, s*x on august 16th, looks like ovulation on august 20th, pregnacy chance?

cycle began august 9th, last about 5 days, comes every 28-30 days. s*x on august 16th, she saw mucus discharge clear, slippery, stretchy like. Looks like ovulation this morning august 20th. would sperm die by this time? What are the chances of becoming pregnant?

in perfect conditions (s*x at the right time, good mucus, good sperm, etc) a woman only has about a 25% chance of becoming pregnant.

it sounds like you guys had perfect conditions, as far as anyone can tell.

this is when you would have s*x if you were TRYING to get pregnant.

it is probably too late for the morning after pill, which works to prevent ovulation--not only does it sound like she may have ovulated already, but it's been 4 days.  you can still try it, though.

on the bright side, a significant amount of sperm probably dies in the first 2-3 days.  but still, there is a SIGNIFICANT chance of pregnancy here!

yes pregnancy is a possibility any time during the cycle or before or after, the experts claim that a woman will ovulate 2 wks after her period, but all women are different, and i think anytime she has unprotected s*x she could become pregnant.

august 9th first day of bleeding is considered day 1

august 16th when u had s*x would of been day 7 of your cycle and you do not start to release anything until day 12 and ovulate usally around day 14 of the cycle which would of been August 23rd not here yet....

Aug 20th seems pretty early to be ovulating since  that is only  day 11 of cycle.. But who knows weird things are known to hapen with wome n there bodies.. For women who  have a 28-32 day cycle  this is how it usally falls...

Sperm do not last for days.  Only slight chance of pregnancy is if she ovulated by the 16th, right after her period.  Rare, but not impossible.
