Menu ideas for a BBQ?

We are having a BBQ this weekend about 20 people. Can you come up with a menu. Easy sides please, no potato salad.

Take an iceburg lettuce,

cut it in half

1 half=1 serving

and drizzle it in ranch,

its really simple and refreshing.

And lemonade with some strawberrys!! mmmm

skewers are always good- prawn, lamb, chicken- grilled and marinated vegetables- done before hand and a tomato and fresh mozzarella salad with basil. Can even do calamari(marinated in chilli and corriander is nice).

Roast veg salad in a nice dressing( pumpkin, potato, capsicum or pepper and when cool toss in a dressing with fresh herbs)

You could do steaks or steaks kebabs. If you don't eat that much red meat, you could do chicken or chicken kebabs. You could also have grilled vegetables or vegetable kebabs, baked beans, hamburgers, hot dogs, potato chips, 7 layer dip with tortilla chips, corn on the cob, baked potatoes, fresh fruit, strawberry shortcake, ice cream, water and juice. You can pick and choose from this menu or use this menu to help inspire you to think of new dishes. Happy cooking!
