Mercedes 250D Door Problem

Question

My again with my F reg 250D. The key lock will not turn on the drivers door. To lock/unlock the car I need to use the passenger door. All the central locking works, just not the door lock. The key goes in but does not turn.

Any useful tips would be gratefully received, but do I need to replace all the locks?

I always lube the locks and insert in key hole.

sounds like maybe you need a new tumbler, you can order by VIN and it'll match your key.
