Question:

Mercedes ML320 internal beeping while driving problem?

I drive an ML 320/2000.

the internal beeper goes off in the middle of driving. the beeping noise stops when the car is stopped moving. The internal beeping noise is the same noise it makes when you leave your keys in ignition while door is open when car is off.

There must be some kind of a shortage in the electrical system.

3 or 4 controll lights turning on - the first three on the left ( ETS, ABS and aother one and the Emergency brake control light which probalby triggers the beeper).

Does somone has an idea what that could be? Or is there a way to disactivate that noise by pulling A fuse, or pulling that noise thing out?

Your help and suggestions is highly appreciated.

Thanks

Peter

  1. I got the same problem that is caused by break pad being to thin. Just replace new pads to fix it.

    easy and cheap.
don't try some dianostics to waste your money.

  2. Same problem as mine. It was the battery shorting out some of the circuits. Try getting a new one. $150 easy fix.
