Depends which model. If you are driving the new C-Class, you can take it to your dealer and they will change it for you. Just a warning, it may cost you around $500 for parts and labor.

If you are driving something like an E-Class, it may be harder because I do not believe it is very popular.

Some aftermarket companies do make grilles with the star in the grille.  Just search online and you should come with a list of companies that can help you out.
