Hi,

I have a w202 edition c class, now I am sure that the car is meant to have an outside temperature display however where the display is meant to be it is displaying nothing, does this mean my car didi not have this feature or there is a problem? If there is a problem what could it be and how can I fix it?

Much appreciated.

  1. That is a standard feature on the C-Class.  If the display is blank, there is something wrong.

  2. On a 202 car there's a separate display on the left side of the dashboard for the outside temperature. If your vehicle has that feature you could have a bad sensor or a bad display unit. It would be best to have the dealer check it out for you.

It will cost you nothing to visit the dealer, give them your VIN, and have them see whether or not your car has that feature.

  3. Take it to the dealer and ask him.
