Mercenaries 2 or GTA 4?

I am confused and dont know which one to buy. I can only buy one. GTA 4 is fun but it will get old sooner or later. Merceneries 2 looks cool but it just came out a few days ago. So please help me make my desicion by Wednesday September 3. Thank You!!

Mercenaries 2- Better action, you can blow the environment up

GTA 4- More roam, better story line

I would recommend GTA IV. I have a few friends that have already purchased Mercenaries 2 (1 that works at gamestop) and they said that it's like GTA with a military style, but it's honestly not a very good game. I was told GTA is a lot better.
