Obviously, the PS2 version will be the least graphically advanced.  As for the PS3 and XBOX 360 versions, the PS3 is better.  The pre-play install on the PS3 reduces the load times of the game and also allows for a longer view distance.  In my opinion, the PS3 version also looks clearer due to true HD true Bluray and HDMI.  As for car and weapons in the game, they are equal.  There is also a PC version that comes out Sept. 4th.  If your computer can run it, I would suggest you get it.  Try using www.canyourunit.com.  It is a safe site and very accurate.

Hi.of course we have better graphics on PS3 and X360 than PS2.

There is nothing different between those three just graphics and the PS2 version doesn't support any  of online options and online playing.

Read this review. I just glanced at it but they do mention differences between the PS2 and PS3 versions. I'm almost positive the 360 and PS3 versions are identical.
