Mercruiser tilt problem?

Question

I replaced the power tilt motor and it i can hear it run but nothing moves.The motor sounds way to loud wondering if anybody would have any ideas

Check your fluid.  Use the book to get the proper way to fill it as well.

check the sump to be sure it has fluid and is not leaking.
