What would be the easiest way to take out a piston sleeve on a mercury 200 motor? Thanks

  1. Why???

    If the cylinder is scored then have it bored out and rebuild with over sized pistons.You do not have to do all cylinders but I suggest that you re-ring the other pistons even if they are not damaged.
