  1. Find the other ends of those wires. If nothing works, check the battery voltage and make sure the cables aren't corroded.

  2. go to this web site

    www.wellcraftv20.com

go to the forums section and then click on repair section and post your question  they will help you i garanty it  you will have to register but is free and a great site  for boat owners

  3. try website

    www.worldseafishing.com

register on it for free and on the tool bar is a forum section for boat angling or boat owners.

this is a website specifically for the "sea going" and fishing frat. i,m sure that someone will be able to answer your question

  4. Are you talking about engine wiring or accessories?

When you say "nothing works", are referring to just to the pumps & lights?  Turning the key doesn't start the engine?

Mercury stock wiring harness doesn't have red or red/white wires (never has, at least not since 60hp motors were possible).

Those colors also are not part of the ABYC boat wiring standards.

If you're talking about just the accessories, you either need to find someone with the same make and model hull, or possibly you're looking at a prior owner's DIY wiring scheme.
