What are the best MVB bulbs for bearded dragons?

Do they have any 75watt MVB bulbs?

The 100 watts produce way too much heat in my 20gallon long tank...

the 100watt MVB make the basking spot in my tank 13odegrees(i dont have my bearded dragon yet)

What can i do, i cant raise the bulb more because then the uvb wont reach the basking spot....do i buy a flourescent tube and a normal basking bulb?

If i buy the tube....how will my BD be able to get uvb if the basking light will be on top of him and the tube wont?

thank you

  1. Just use a normal basking lamp and a UV tube. Make sure you get a one for reptiles and not just one at your local hardware store.
