Merlin Automatic Inground Pool cleaner

Merlin Automatic Inground Pool cleaner (onboard bag, no hoses)is no longer picking up debris. Bag is clean, it still moves across pool all seems as it should be -- EXCEPT he's not picking up the dirt!?
