i've been told mixing dried fish and water with a lot of salt

and eating that non stop for 3 straight days

but

i've yet to sprout a tail

i've only gotton nauseous and coughed up blood...

okay, what you do is this; go to the deepest, darkest part of the ocean and live on a boat without any human contact. You do this while everyday diving as deep into the water as you can.
