I turn the player on, First message: Player 5gbSecond message: Oh dear this hard disk doesn't work. Sek help at virginelectronics.com.Then it turns itself off.Even if I had a software to install, it wouldn't because it turns itself off.Virgielectronics site doesn't exist anymore.What do you suggest?
