Messed up sleeping HELP?

I stayed up all night with my friend last night and school starts in just 4 days. I sleapt from 11 am until 7 45 pm so im too alert and awake to sleep and i don't want to stay up tonight because i need to get into the school sleeping pattern help how do i sleep tongiht

  1. benadryl (diphenhydramine hydrochloride) alone will work since its the ingredient in Tylenol PM that makes you tired. Plus its cheaper and safer to take alone.


  2. drink some warm milk and take some tylenol pm, also take a warm bath to help you relax

  3. TYLENOL PM

  4. just lay down earlier and make sure that you get up early tommorow that way you will be ready to go to sleep tommorow night for sure

  5. excercise, not right before but like an hour before bed. benadryl, warm milk. good luck in school!!!!!!
