The little Argentine grabbed yet another brace to move closer to Gerd Muller’s record tally of 85, as he led his side to a 3-1 win over Zaragoza.

Messi’s brace helped Barcelona retain their 8-point advantage over their fellow title contenders, as Madrid also went on to beat a struggling Athletic Bilbao side 5-1 at the Bernabeu.
