Messi’s father’s comments come in the wake of the record which was set by him recently.
Lionel Messi was able to break Gerd Muller’s all-time record of scoring the highest number of goals in a calendar year.
Before the game against Real Betis, the Argentinean had managed to score 84 goals, and he only needed one more goal to equalize Muller’s record.
