Metal Gear Solid 4's Screaming Beauty, Laughing Beauty, etc Costumes?

I have the beauties(screaming, laughing, etc) face mask, but do they have their body/costume? If they have how to unlock it?

theres no way u can get there body costume but theres wepons u can get wen u fight them like the solar gun by getting all the statues

but i do know that if u wait 3 min when you fighting any of them in there 2nd form then take a picture you get there face camo ( i think)

Nope you can't. You can only get the corpse costume (the numbers of times you died is over 41 after you finish the game), civilian disguise, suit, militia disguise, Altair (from Assassin's creed, you need the Assassin's emblem to get it) and the South American rebel disguise. For those of you wondering, you get the Beauty face camos by defeating them without killing them (emptying their phyche gague)
