Metal Gear Solid 4 ONLINE HELP NEEDED!!!!!?

Question

While trying to HOST a game in MGS4 online I get the following error:

Cannot "create game" with current network environment.

(0693:0000001)

Has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve it?

The router I am using is a Belkin Wireless G+ MIMO.

I CAN play online, I just cannot host.
