Metal Polish for the Navy, red and blue?

Hi guys, my lil bro is in the Navy, and he needs me to send him some blue and red metal polish. He told me I could get it online, but honestly I dont know what im looking for, or where to find it. Thanks in advance!

There is a metal polish that comes in a red and blue can called NEVR-DULL that is used a lot in the Navy.  Maybe that is what he is talking about?
