when Jason left metallica changed and became ..i bought St. anger  due to i was a huge fan of metallica....i listened to it 1 time and it became a drink coaster...what a horrible waste of 18 dollars...Since lars wants to sue every one i want to sue every memeber of metallica to get my money back.

St. anger sucked and metallica lost me forever  i will not buy this new one coming out it sounds just as bad

St.Anger Had maybe 1 good song and that was St.Anger.But the rest was c**p.

I loved all of them, If I absolutely had to choose, I would go with St. Anger. The biggest reason for that album sounding bad was Lars' drums. They were just completely hollow sounding. I know they were coming from the angle of "it should sound like a band getting together for the first time in a garage, only the band is Metallica", but the drums should have been a lot better. People constantly rip on Load and Reload, and the only reason they do it is because the sound is completely different from the black album, and all the stuff before it. So really, they are being biased, and just hating the records because of the major sound change instead of listening to each of them as individual records. I have to admit Reload took me at least 5 listens to get into, but when it clicked, it clicked.
