Im making a bio digester but in my digesting tank there is a little oxygen. Will that wreck my digester or should i get all oxygen out, ive tried its really hard

There should not be any oxygen present. Either you have to get rid of it as much as possible or you have to have a restart.

Vacuuming out Oxygen from a bio-digester is a troublesome job, but if you don't get rid of O2, the final outcome would not be satisfactory.

Find some body around who has some experience about making the bio-digester.
