My wife recently purchased some of the Method brand natural cleaners that are supposed to be good for the environment. The dish soap actually smells nice, like cucumbers.
All of this sounds great until I actually took a look at the package. Their packaging is very minimal in that there is very simple labels on the bottle with the name of the product and the proclamation that they are all natural and non-toxic.
THEN, I turned the bottle around and the entire back label is the safety warning stating that it may irritate the eyes, should not be consumed. IF consumed, contact a poison control center. IF it comes into contact with eyes then flush immediately with cold clean water.
I also noted that on the bottom of the front of the bottle, in small print, it tells you that this is also an "irritant"
How could they put "non toxic" and "naturally derived" on one part of the bottle then put another label on it that makes me want to wear a bio hazard suit when I use it?
