  1. I am currently doing eye exercises to improve my vision. You can read about my progress on my blog

The key really to have the discipline to the exercises regularly (daily).

When I were doing them regularly, I experienced notable improvement as well as significant relaxation...

  2. Perhaps you could tell us more about your vision so we can advise you.

  3. Bates had a very different view of how the eye worked, which led him to come up with vision correction methods that differ from what is generally accepted.  The vast majority of optometrists and ophthalmologists then and now do not accept this view of how the eye works and thus do not accept his improvement methods.  Some of the exercises may help relieve eyestrain, as they are just relaxation techniques, but it has not been proven to actually improve your eyesight.  I doubt any of the exercises will hurt your eyes (except I heard one of them includes looking at the sun, so don't do that), so you can try if you wish.

Wikipedia has a good summary if you look up "Bates Method."  Also check out "Myopia" if you'd like more information.
