Methods For Sleeping....?

Lately when I have gone to bed I can't sleep. This happens a lot to me at night.... part of the reason I think I can't sleep is because I like to think a lot.

I am curious to know what your methods for sleeping are and how to get your mind off of knowing your trying to fall asleep (if that makes any sense).

It's ok if it's a bit unusual. I am too desperate to be picky.

  1. breathe slowly and keep eyes shut cause if u open them u loose concentration.


  2. Same happens to me..

    what i do is change position of sleeping e.g sleep in the opposite side of the bed it actually works!

    Try reading a book/magazine before bed too,also clear your mind or just concentrate on one thing.


  3. If you have a lot on your mind, you should write it down on a piece of paper. Also try reading a book, or watch t.v. 'till you feel tired, weary, or sleepy. =)
