Coming from Naylor Rd Station, How do I get to 18th and F Street NW?

Easy trip.  Get on the Green line at Naylor Road going towards downtown.  Get off at L'Enfant Plaza.  Change to a Blue or Orange line train heading towards Farragut West station.  Get off at Farragut West station via the 18th Street exit and walk down 18th Street about 5-10 minutes to get to 18th and F.
