Metro North Bike passes?

I want to get a bike pass for the Metro North Railroad in New York, but I'm only 14. I was wondering, is there an age required to get a bike pass? Or one to even use one? I would appreciate as much information as possible. Thanks very much

  1. No age restriction to get a bike permit for Metro North.

All the info you need about getting a Metro North bike pass:  http://www.mta.info/mnr/html/getaways/bi...

I have a MNRR bike pass, and I use it very often during the summer to get to the Harlem Valley Rail Trail in Wassaic from GCT for a nice long weekend bike ride on the trail (and the trailhead is right at the Wassaic MNRR station).  Very nice.

    Good luck!

  2. This give you information.

On both MTA MNRR and LIRR, bicycles are not accepted on peak trains.
