Metro mint recipe? (mint water)

Question

how would one such as myself make mint water? would i actually just buy mint extract and put it in my water? or would i use the mojito method and bruise mints and then put it in my water?

True story. Went camping this summer had big bottle of Vodka and I used mint growing along the river to make mojitos for everyone. Mmm I need one now !

Always use fresh when you can. Fresh mint all the way.

I quart good water

1/4 cup smashed fresh minties

A few thin slices of lemon

Put in fridge overnight and drink!

It's also quite nice to throw a few sliced cucumbers in too. Really, try it!
