Metropolis flat iron?

does it work for you? i have one, and it just doesnt work at all!! my mom keeps telling me im doing it wrong but i dont think so! anyone else have this flat iron?

I got one...check the temp setting make sure its on max...then check to see that its even hot. if it doesn't even get hot its defective. i've had bad luck with this brand having to replace it several time. good thing it has a 10 yr warrenty.
