Metropolitan Grill in Seattle?

I'm trying to figure out the spices that The Met uses on their steak.

Anyone have an informed opinion on this?

If so, any tips on the Au Jus recipe as well?

The metropolitan grill is one of the best Prime steak houses in Seattle. It would be very difficult to copy their au jus, since it includes the flavor of their top notch cuts of beef. However, here is a recipe. To by a nice cut of beef to take home, go to Whole Foods Market.

salt, pepper, garlic, basil, and msg, I think... No idea what they do for Au Jus...
