The 24-year-old striker is attracting a lot of interest from English Premier League side Newcastle United and Turkish side Galatasaray are also interested in the striker. Erdinç has also admitted his desire to play for one of the big three Super Lig clubs
in the future. Reports also suggest that president of Galatasaray Ünal Aysal has made signing Erdinç his priority this summer as he looks to take Aslanlar back to the glory days. Galatasaray finished eighth in the Super Lig this season and Aysal is now looking

Mevlut Erdinç made his first start in the Ligue 1 with Sochaux Montbéliard in 2005. After scoring 36 goals in 78 appearances for Les Lionceaux between 2005 and 2009, the youngster was bought by Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2009 for 9 million Euros.
So far, Erdinç has scored 22 goals in 51 appearances for Les Parisiens. After making a good start to the 2010/2011 Ligue 1 season, Erdinç struggled in terms of scoring goals and managed to score just eight goals in 22 Ligue 1 games for PSG.
With the club heading for a new direction, Erdinç knows that a move away from Parc des Princes is the only way for him to recover his form that made him such a hot prospect during his early days at Sochaux.
