Why do mexican ppl say "wey" or somethin like that lol i dk how to spell it but i know what it sounds like

well it depends on the sentence and i believe it is spelled guay. if your called a guay ex "shut up guay" it's like saying shut up stupid

La palabra "güey" (así como el uso de la palabra "madre" y todas sus variantes -aunque este es un caso aparte y muy particular como para analizarlo en otra ocasión-) es muy compleja porque tiene acepciones diferentes según las circunstancias. Un "güey", es en cierta forma el equivalente al "tío" (un "tío", ese "tío") que usan en España. Estos ejemplos son típicos del lenguaje actual. En mi círculo de amigas (que ya tenemos ciertas edades) no lo usamos mucho para dirigirnos unas a otras. Es muy, pero muy rara la ocasión. Pero sí usamos "güey" para referirnos a... cualquier "güey"

Wey is the popular way to spell it, but this word does not exist.  Originally, it's the word "buey", which means OX (the animal).  People used to use it a bit as "donkey", referring to dumb, or silly, or even a jerk - depending on the tone.  It was also used like we say "hey man!" - hey buey!

However wey now is used mostly like "no manches wey!" which would translate into "no way man!" or "ay wey!" = "oh man!".

I'm from Spain and hearing "wey" all the time drives me crazy! lol I think it means something like "man" or "dude". We use a different word in Spain, "tío", and we don't use it after every other sentence as I've heard so many Mexican people do!

They say, "guey."  It's basically the Mexican equivalent of dude; with a slightly offensive connotation.   There are certain people that will find it a little offensive.   YOu have to be good friends with yhe  person to use it.
