  1. There are au pair programs, but you must be over 18 and registered with a licensed agency that does au pair placements.  While I am aware of au pair agencies in UK, Sweden, etc., I have never found any registered au pair agency in Mexico.  Unless you find one, you cannot go as an au pair.  An au pair visa is only valid for one year and is not renewable.  Also, such a visaholder cannot change to any other type of visa.  Au pairs must return home immediately upon termination by the employer or completion of the one year au pair contract.

Canada, US, etc. do not have provisions for allowing general household help, maids, etc. in -- there is no kind of temporary work visa for such uneducated jobs.  So even if you found someone to hire you, they cannot get you a visa.

  2. I'm do not know if you can immigrate but this site might help you learn English:

  3. ibu guru is quite correct. Canada has more than enough au pair workers providing childcare.

You can't simply ask a family to sponsor you. You would have to apply to immigrate like everyone else. Bear in mind, too, that Canada is currently dealing with nearly 1 million applications for immigration. As we only accept about 250,000 new immigrants each year, you can see that it is taking about 4 years to process applications.

Unfortunately, if you do not have any qualifications, your chances of being able to immigrate to Canada for any reason are close to zero. My advice? Go and get a better education and acquire skills that are in high demand in Canada. You will still have to undergo the long and rigorous immigration process but you will at least stand a better chance of being accepted.
