Im traveling to Chihuahua City, Chih to stay with my grandfather for a month or two during the summer; I have a US passport. Do i need a visa?

  1. Yeah you need a visa and a mastercard,

    theyll work fine, just remember to boil them for ten minutes

    Mexico visa is not required for citizens of United States for a stay up to 180 days.

    Starting January 23rd, 2007 all United States citizens must be in possession of a valid US passport to enter Mexico. United States legal residents (Green Card holders) need their original Green Card and a passport from their country of origin.

  3. You will get a tourist card on the plane...that is all you need.  If yu are under 18, you will need to carry a letter of permission signed by both parents and notarized.  See site below and read section on minors under Entry Requirements.
