Mexican yam used for estrogen replacement?

can i take mexican yam for estrogen effect and what will it happen.

i doubt anything..most things natural dont have high enough consentrations of things like estrogen to really make any effect.

I was told by a friend who stop using estrogen that soy milk is good as estrogen, I am not sure about this...
