Answering this question is kinda racist but.....

It's a toughy because MExicans can be pretty tough, cool, and collected

But Puerto Ricans have anger problems and can be a little crazy, enough to probably go into a berserk mode (I know a whole family of puerto ricans)

I'm gonna have to go with Puerto Ricans, fast quick,crazy=TOUGH AND HARDY

Well when it comes to fighting

Mexicans are known for haveing a brawler mentality like fighting until there arms fall off, puting everything they have into it. You could say like a Warrior

Putro Ricans are known better for punchers you know heavy hands ie Felix trinidad, Miguel Cotto also they fight for pride

The fact is that you have to consider the size of Puerto Rico vs Mexico. The amount of quality boxers coming from both places are amazing but Puerto Rico is smaller and the ratio brings the little island's boxers to a level that wont compare to a lot of places.

We can't forget the other Latin American legends like Alexis Arguello (Nicaragua), Roberto "Mano de Piedra" Duran (Panama) and many others... All I can say is thank you to all these great boxers for their shows and lets keep supporting them.
