Mexico Cruise- Visa Requirements for Green Card Holders?

Question

We want to take our parents to a Mexican Cruise with us. They are Indian Citiens but US Green Card Holders. Do they need any Visa ? What documents they need to carry with them ?

Can anybody provide any link to mexican embassy/consulate website stating the visa requirements ?

If they are going to debark for more than 24 hrs, they need a Mexican tourist card.  They need to carry their green cards with them. See site below ...it covers your questions.  See 2nd site for list of Mexican consulates in U.S. in case you will be off the ship for more than 24 hrs and need to get tourist ccards.
